How to Enter

1. To enter the contest, log onto www.omyonline.com. The contest is open from 9:00am ET Friday February 1st 2008, and closes at 5:00pm ET Monday March 31, 2008. Complete the online entry form by filling out all required fields, including full name, age, mailing address, phone number with area code to be eligible to win. A correctly completed on-line entry form will constitute one (1) entry into the contest. Maximum one (1) entry per person per day.

2. O’My Products Inc. (the "Sponsor"), will not be responsible for the entrant's inability to get through on the Internet during the contest period.

3. To enter you must be 18 years of age. By entering the contest, the entrant consents to receiving a contest update. All information obtained for this contest will be used only for the purposes of conducting the contest.

4. By entering, participants agree that O’My Products Inc. shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s) or participation in the contest and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless said companies, organizations, and their respective officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers from all claims or damages arising out of participant's participation in the contest and/or acceptance of any prize.

5.  Prizes
Prize pack : There is one (1) Prize Pack available to be won in total. The Prize Pack consists of one (1) Daisy Vibe (2) 4 oz bottle of O'My Natural Lubricant. The approximate retail value of the Prize Pack is $40.00 CDN.

6. One (1) random draw will be made by an O’My representatives from all eligible web entries, for the "Pleasure" contest submitted during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted on or about approximately 9:00 a.m. ET on Monday, December 3, 2007 in Vancouver, BC. The selected web entrant for the Prize Pack will be notified by email and will be required to send back a signed declaration and release form including the correct answer to the mathematcial skill testing question. If the selected entrant for the prize cannot be contacted after two attempts, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant. Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, whether in cash or otherwise and are non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute all or part of a prize with one of equal value if for any reason a prize cannot be awarded as described. The Sponsor, their participating distributors, affiliated companies, directors, employees, agents or representatives or its respective advertising and promotional agencies shall bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributed to the prizes awarded in the contest. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph and/or other likeness in any related publicity, including presence on Sponsors' websites, without further compensation or permission, worldwide and in perpetuity. Sponsors make no representation or warranty that any identification, videotape, photograph and/or likeness of any winners will be broadcast or used otherwise in any manner.

7. To be eligible, entrants must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of entry.  The contest is open to residents of Canada, except employees, representatives, and agents of O’My Products Inc.
